Okay, you only have two days left and you have to work and need to go to the grocery store. Stop adding stress to your holidays. Marie Stegner and I are going to teach you how to “fake clean” your home so your guests don’t think you’re a slob! Actually these are all things I’ve learn over the years of having Thanksgiving at my house. Now you can learn from my mistakes!
Here are a few we talked about:
Don’t clean the oven – you don’t have enough time. Instead use a spill mat to cover up the mess.
Make sure you clean the entry way – first impressions mean a lot. At least make the entry way presentable.
Don’t put everyone’s coats in your bedroom. It means you’ll have to clean it. Use a room downstairs or one of you children’s rooms. Everyone understands a messy child’s room.
Clean the Three T’s – Toilets, tabletops and TV’s
